looking for group Sailing options relatively cheap in the U.S. Virgin Islands?

I am leading a group of 20-25 students from the School of Business a long journey for a week and interested in the options of about $ 1,000 for 3-5 days at sea and accommodation of the balance per person. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

International Charter "License" Is there such a thing?

I am a boat builder to trade, I am currently building a "63 Catamaran well-tested class "A" Ocean of design. I was thinking of using it for the letter so that I can do a little Sailing and yet earn an income. But I think every license limited to a country where you can pick up passengers. Is there a way to get a license that is so broad and international as range of the boat? The restrictions on obtaining a license from boats in my home country is the reason why I am asking the question. At home license simply pick up passengers only in this small island country.Therefore I am looking to register the boat somewhere else to make the boat more international.

You will need a Ticket Master Mariners for the style of craftsmanship and the number of passengers. The ticket is not "given" that are obtained with the exams. I suggest you contact the RYA that may be able to push on course for a charter skipper. There are a number of schools offering courses and days pattern. Check out the website. Anything larger will require an MCA Master Mariners tickets and require a lot of experience.
